What is the Persian culture? Base on my research i found that Zoroaster (or Zarathustra) was the founder of the Zoroastrianism religion, which is the official religion of Persia (now Iran). As well as their language, Farsi, it is still spoken in Iran now. Zoroastrianism is one of world's oldest monotheistic religion. It means that they only worshiped one god, Ahura Mazda( meaning wise lord) and creator of the world. Zoroastrian believe in both good and bad forces as well as choosing their own path of evil(druj - deceit) and Righteousness(asha - truth). Ahura Mazda is challenge by the evil force Angra Mainyu tries to attack god's creative energy called Spenta Mainyu. That is what caused us to have aging, sickness, famine, natural disasters, death. Zoroastrians are not fire-worshiper, but they worship communally shared in common by everyone in a group in the Fire Temple or Agiary. Elements are believe to be pure, for fire it represent their god's light and wisdom. Zoroastrians holy scriptures is the Avesta that have split into two section. One of them is the Avesta oldest that the core of scriptures contain the Gathas seventeen hymns believe to be compose by Zoroaster himself. The Young Avesta contain myths, store and details of collection of religion observances. Zoroastrians used to be the world most powerful religion. Now they are the smallest religion in the world. Based on 2006 New York Time reported, about less then 190,000 worldwide followers at that time. The veil also played a major parts of the Zoroastrians religion.Wearing the veil kept them from having bad thoughts and evil spirits to enter their mind.

This upper picture took place after the "Islamic Revolution," the year 1980 they have to wear the veil in school. It is showing that they don't like to wear the veil. As you can see the caption it said that they especially don't even understand why they have to wear the veil. The kids didn't care about the veil, they just played with the veil like a play thing in the picture it show.
This is Zoroaster (or Zarathustra), in the caption it is talking or showing of him talking about his first three rules "behave well, speak well, act well." This phrase is similar to this phrase Good Thoughts, Good Words, Good Deeds. I think that what the picture is trying to tell is that even if you are anywhere in the world the rule will still be the same in the religion about Zoroastrianism.
This is when Marji was stopped by 2 of the revolution guardians, they arrest women improperly veil like Maji. Wearuing her new jackets and sniker shoes and Micheal Jackson symbol too.
